All items are hand made / made to order therefore we do not accept returns. Absolutely no refunds. No exchanges. 

If you receive an incorrect item that was not in your cart at time of purchase, please contact our customer service @ Jcustomnyc@gmail.com so we can help resolve any product concerns/issues. JcustomNYC  is not responsible if  the wrong item was selected  so please make sure the product and size selection is correct before ordering and processing payment. We are not responsible if wrong size or item was ordered .
